Returns & Cancellation Policy

We have an easy 15-day return/exchange policy, with 100% refund in the case of returns. The return/exchange window starts from the day your package was delivered. The apparel should be in a resalable condition with its tags intact. It should not be damaged or washed. Keep your order number handy!

Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Return

Returns are accepted for any reason, but please give us a brief explanation as to why you'd like to return the item so that we can continue striving to be better. At the moment, we are unable to return a product that has already been exchanged once.

To initiate a Return you can only apply for a Return from our website or App. Login to your account and go the ‘My Orders’ section. Click on ‘return item’ for the respective order.

Innerwear and socks are not eligible for return. If you have applied any promo code or discount code at the time of purchase, we only credit the refund amount in your respective account. However, we process exchanges if the order fulfills our exchange policy.

Also please note that the courier service provider is required to check the product for verification. If all verification requirements are met, the product will be taken for return. The verification process includes checking of Turms tag, checking for use and damage.

Cancellation

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by logging into our website or app, clicking ‘My Orders’ and then ‘Cancel Order’.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again for deposits from EastBayKart Infosolution Pvt Ltd. Due to bank policies, there is often some processing time of about 4-7 working days before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
